Everything on the menu is fresh and homemade, with big portions, and authentic Nicaragua food. The corn tortillas are made when you place your order. The service is impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant. I think this is the best Nicaraguan restaurant in San Francisco. I've been to Nicaragua and have Nicaraguan family there, and can vouch for it.
Always love the food here. Great variety of Nicaraguan, Salvadorian, Mexican and Honduran food. We ordered the Las Isletas Especial ( Nicaraguan platter) with beef, pork and chicken, plus plantains , fried cheese and gallopinto ( rice & beans mixed) . We shared with 3 people and ordered 2 pupusas as well. A lot of food in the patter well worth the price.
This is a true authentic Salvadoran food. The pupusas are huge and full of Salvadoran cheeses that over flow onto your plate. The Sopa depot perfectly done with a grilled chicken on the side rice and salad and handmade tortillas. We had an excellent experience. The service very personal and helpful suggestions. All ingredients very fresh. I will go back there again.
Nice restaurant with a variety of Central American and Mexican items. Carne asada and camarones were delicious. Nicaragua beer as well / nothing special but first time for me. Loved the ambience- curios and music

My favorite Nicaraguan restaurant in the bay. The gallopinto was heavenly! I loved my nacatamale. I brought a friend from Nica and he loved everything.
Food was very good and hot I will most definitely come back. Pupusas are freshly made every day by hand.
